Customer notice on first 2 Credit/Debit Card orders
When you place your first two orders with us, we can only ship it to your Credit or Debit Card billing address, i.e. the address that your bank has you registered at. On your third and subsequent orders you can specify an alternative address.
By specifying an alternative address on next orders, it may delay your order by 24 hours due to additional security checks that we need to perform before despatching your order. Please note, there's no exception from this rule!
Customer notice for PayPal users
Please note, that we can only deliver to a 'Buyer', who has registered a 'Confirmed Address' with PayPal and that delivery can only be made to that address. We therefore recommend, that you confirm your address with PayPal prior to making your order. You will not be able to change or alert delivery address.
Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm (excluding National Holidays). Saturday deliveries are usually made between 7am - 12pm.
All timed deliveries are subject to product and area restrictions.
Next day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:
- The order is placed before 3pm and all security checks have been completed.
- All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
- Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
- Delivery is to a UK mainland address (post code restrictions apply – see below)
3 Day Free delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:
- All security checks have been completed.
- Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total
- All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
- Free Delivery is only available on orders over £99.99 inclusive of VAT.
- To obtain Free Delivery, select delivery option Within 3 Working Days at checkout.
- Only applies to orders under 25kg.
- Free Delivery is a strictly Limited Time Only offer, and may be stopped at any time.
We will strive to fulfill our delivery commitments and if we don't we will refund your full carriage costs See exclusions below:
Exclusions:
We will not refund your delivery charges in the following circumstances:
- You are not at home to accept delivery.
- Your payment declines, delaying the dispatch of your order.
- You make amendments to your order causing a delay.
- Fail to provide us with requested information needed to process your order.
- Your order fails security checks.
